Orders and Shipping

The delivery time of your order depends on the availability of the products, the destination country and address, the shipping method, and the customs clearance. We process and ship your order within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your payment confirmation. We offer two shipping options for our international customers: standard shipping (15 to 25 business days) and express shipping (5 to 10 business days). These are only estimates and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. We will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your order once it is shipped. Returns and Exchanges

You can return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to some exceptions and conditions. Please contact us to request a return authorization number (RAN) before you send your item back to us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.
